The Ramp-Up Schedule is typically a spreadsheet based on the Skill Matrix and the Transition Plan and it contains the overview of the needed resources out of the Knowledge and Skills matrix and the necessary ramp-up per month to help prepare for the services delivery or to start (part of) the service delivery.
The ramp-up schedule shows when, for which role a resource will be added to the Services Run team and can start the applicable on-boarding and join the acquisition of Service Run engagement related knowledge. |
